I know I know, it's still very much summer! However, it has been the rainiest summer that I can remember here where we live, which bums me out because these are supposed to be the most freeing months! Being able to be outside all the time without having to worry much about bad weather. I am very much soaking up the sunshine when it's out and loving every bit of summer, however all this rain has me hoping for a super nice autumn season! Call me crazy but this morning I put on my favorite fall time movie, You've Got Mail, and found myself dreaming of the amber leaves, apple ciders and chai teas, light jackets, and the excitement of gatherings and festive fun. I'm not anxious by any means, not wishing summer away, but starting to gear up for the soon ( very soon) fall season. I feel like this year I blinked and three months went by, then five, then six, and before I know it it will be autumn. That being said I'm a big planner, so I'm trying to plan ahead and figured hey maybe you guys would too! The changing of the seasons is always fun to add a few new pieces to your wardrobe. Gets you excited, reaching for that new top/jeans you feel great in, out the front door, and ready for the day! SOoo, this fall prints are totally in! Vibrant color pallet prints, animal prints, polka dots, all the things! So I definitely will be pairing little pops of prints and color with the always in style neutrals! But, guys everything pretty much goes this year because pastels are for sure still in for fall too. Totally can rock that light blue and blush in the cooler months. Leather shoes and bags are totally a go-to for fall season and I'm loving some of the fall leather shoes this year! I die for a cute little brown leather pump! I couldn't find it on shopstyle to pin it below but you guys should totally check out the red pumps I listed below in the leather version on the Madewell site, So Cute! I also have been loving all the jackets this year! Some of the embroidered jackets are just beautiful and I always love a good leather jacket with a cute or simple top for the fall! Anyways!!
