Well I can’t believe I’m already almost to baby month! I seriously feel like I just announced it to you guys on here! However, I did wait until 17 weeks soooo that’s probably why, haha! We are now in week 35 and time is flying with Thanksgiving around the corner, our 5 year anniversary, Iris’s annual big birthday party, Christmas events and shopping, Jesse’s birthday and annual poker party…. I mean it’s a crazy month ahead to say the least, might as well throw a baby in there right?! Well, I’m mentally preparing for the crazy time ahead and I’m strapping on my planning boots and gearing up. Is your life crazy too? Ha! Aren’t they all?! Well anyways, during all these last few months there are a few things I’ve found I have loved this pregnancy and thought I’d share!
Each title is linked to shop below✨
Comrad Compression socks: I discovered these socks through @juliahengel when she was recently pregnant and I thought they were actually pretty and she loved them! So I bought a pair and really love them myself! I wear them when I’m on my feet doing stuff all day or going on long hikes just to keep the circulation good in my legs as we all know is a common deficiency in pregnancy at times!
Distilled Aloe Vera: I was starting to have horrible heartburn during the night about a month ago, it kept me up for hours! I would wake up and then have insomnia and be up for 4 hours ( not ideal). So I was like I need to do something! I never have heartburn aside from when I’m pregnant, as most women do, and this time it’s definitely been worse. So at my chiropractor she recommended taking a small shot ( about 2 oz) of distilled aloe to help with relieving the heartburn and regulating my system. So I’ve been taking a shot before bed every night and it’s for sure helping I think! However I’ve been doing a few things on top of it! I’ve been trying to stop eating a few hours before bed, taking a shot of this, and taking a ginger shot which I’ll talk about below! All these things have helped almost with 100% success! I’m sleeping pretty normal again!
Upspring Stomach Settle Drops: These little drops I discovered in Target while shopping and saw that they were highly reviewed so I bought them and I really think they work better than any other nausea drops I’ve tried! I use them before a car ride sometimes ( bad car sickness probs lol) or when I’m just feeling nauseous and they did actually take the edge off! The only downside is you can only take one or two because the amount of B6 in it! However, I love them for when you really just want some relief!
Hatch Belly Oil: I bought this when on my nyc trip, but they also sell it online! I really like this oil and the smell is nice! I like the consistency and I like the products they use in it, so it’s a winner for me!
Ginger Time Shots: I am in loveee with these things! I started taking them before pregnancy just for a healthy digestive system! I order them on amazon and I really think they taste the best that I’ve had, like I actually enjoy them, and they work so well! I think they really help with the heartburn and just keeping your digestive system healthy. Highly recommend! I’m addicted!
TummyDrops Ginger Peach: These are another drop I really enjoy that you can have several throughout the day and they help with relieving heartburn and nausea etc. They aren’t super potent compared to the other drops but they are nice because you can take more and they taste so delicious with the peach!
So those are just a few things I’ve found helpful this pregnancy! 💕 Hope any of this helps!
